First Tee – Atlantic
Golf Canada and First Tee partnered to launch First Tee – Canada in 2021. The partnership will see First Tee’s youth development emphasis strengthen Golf Canada’s junior golf activities that reach kids in schools and golf facilities. The innovative First Tee curriculum will focus on empowering young people to build character through the game of golf. Multiple chapters launched in 2021 (British Columbia, Ontario and Québec) with additional chapters being established across Canada through 2022 including Atlantic Canada.

New to Golf SeriesGrant / Funding Opportunity
The mandate of Golf NB New to Golf Series is to support golf initiatives that will have a significant impact on growing the game of golf in New Brunswick while also providing support and opportunities to PGA of Canada members in the province. This document outlines the guidelines for hosting applications for 2023.
2023 will mark the launch of Golf NB’s Women’s New to Golf Series with lessons taking place across the province over the months of June to September. Specific dates will be arranged with selected facilities with registration taking place online through the Golf NB office. Host facilities and teachers will be forwarded on the attendance list prior to each event. Each individual lesson is to run for a maximum of 1.5 hours with a maximum of two sessions taking place at each venue on the same day.
